Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.
  • Confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days of arrival may incur retention charges.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days, no-shows, or early departures may attract 100% retention charges.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Extra beds or mattresses are available upon request and may be chargeable.

Extra Person Policy

  • Additional guests will be accommodated subject to room occupancy limits.
