Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests arriving before check-in time may store their luggage at the Front Desk.
Reservation Policy
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.
- Confirmation vouchers will be sent via email after payment verification.
- Group bookings and long stays may require additional deposits.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 21 days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival – 100% retention charges may apply.
- No-shows and early departures may attract charges equivalent to the entire reserved stay.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

- Children below 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
